Fully Automatic Pelletizing Line (with DIE
FACE CUTTER)
Rubplast Fully Automatic Pelletizing Line has been designed for the purpose of continuous
flow of pellets. Material discharged from a dispersion kneader is usually irregular in
shape and difficult of handle manually. But, the automatic feeding mechanism in Rubplast
Pelletizing Line makes it possible to produce a continuous flow of pellets without any
special operating skill. Resulting in a significant increase in efficiency and a reduction
in the number of operators required for the manufacturing process. Rubplast Pelletizer
combines both a feeder and an extruder. The pellet cutting equipment operates on the dry
die-face hot cutting system. It also incorporates mechanism to send air from the centre of
cutter shaft toward die by means of a blower.

Ideal for MASTERBATCHES & COMPOUNDING: The machine is ideal for making Masterbatches
& Compounding TPR, LD, HD, HIPS, AABS, PVC etc. You can use the masterbatches &
compounding for making: Shopping & Carrier Bags, Woven Sack Multilayer Films, Water
Tanks, PE & PVC Cables, PVC Shoes, Automobile Property Masterbatches for UV,
Antifibrilation, Cling Film, Anti Block etc.
Features
Cooling Effect: The cutter section (Pelletizer) incorporates a mechanism
to send air from the centre of cutter shaft toward the die by means of a blower and the
cooling effect has been notably enhanced.
Automatic Screen Changer: The Pelletizer is equipped with screens to
remove dust and impurities form the materials. lt is also possible to mount an automatic
screen changer.
Compact Shape: The entire manufacturing line can be installed in a
significantly smaller area than is possible with conventional manufacturing lines. This is
the result of unique tapered twin screw mechanism that allows all the components to be
installed on a single bed.
Pelletizes Conventionally Impossible Material: Strands of materials
forced out of the uniaxial straight screw are cut into pellets by the rotary cutter, and
separated from each other by the cooling air pressure from blower and the centrifugal
force of the rotary cutter. Unlike the underwater cutting process to cut materials in
water, dry pellets can be directly obtained. Therefor, it is soluble to production of
pellets compounds, water soluble compounds, such as calcium carbonate.
Capacities Available: Plants are available in : 25 K.g/Hr., 50K.g/Hr.,
70Kg./Hr., 100Kg./Hr., 250Kg./Hr. and 500Kg/Hr.
We also provide Die Face Cutter seperately in Air and Water on demand.
