Rotary Pelletizer quickly transforms scrap films and edge trims into clean, ready-to-use regrind chips/pellets. No fluff is generated and a minimum of floor space is required.

Film is folded into a multi-layered strip, which is then compressed by a set of knurled compression rolls, becoming dense enough for easy cutting into uniform chips/pellets by the milling type rotor. The chips/pellets retain nearly all the bulk density of virgin resin.

Rotary Pelletizer is available in 50 Kg/Hr, 100 Kg/Hr and 250 Kg/Hr capacities.
